The AGM will be on Thursday 22nd April in the Parish Centre Hall of Christ Prince of Peace Church at 8.00 p.m. Doors open 7.30 p.m.
Before the meeting starts, come and enjoy a drink and have the opportunity of informal chats with Committee and Panel members. People thinking of joining the Society are particularly welcome.
After the formal AGM there will be an opportunity to raise items for discussion from the floor.
This will be followed by Tim Oliver, our Surrey County Councillor for Weybridge, updating members about local council initiatives and also taking questions.
