Office Blocks on Brooklands Road/Locke King Road
New planning applications have been made for a change of use so that four of the office blocks can be converted into flats.
It would appear that the original developer, LEOS, had possibly sold on the offices and the previous permissions have now lapsed.
The total number of flats would be 109 across the four blocks, mostly 1 or 2 bedrooms.
If the developments go ahead it should at least mean that the current Amazon van parking there will disappear.

2026/1868 – 241 Brooklands Road Block E
Block C already has permission for a separate developer to convert into 26 flats.
