Possible New Retirement Flats, St Georges Avenue/Queens Road

15th December 2017

McCarthy & Stone are consulting with local people about a potential large development of retirement flats before they put in a planning application. This follows on from their recent successful application for building 43 extra-care apartments on the site of St George’s House on Queens Road.

The new site is very extensive, along the east end of St Georges Avenue and around the corner onto Queens Road.

A public exhibition was held on 19 December, 2017 at the York Room, Oatlands Park Hotel, 146 Oatlands Drive, Weybridge KT13 9HB.
