The college is looking to redevelop its site in conjunction with Cala Homes.
They are calling it Brooklands Grove.
There is a public exhibition for residents to drop in and speak to the team.

A virtual exhibition will be launched on a Brooklands Grove website from the 12th July and will be open for feedback until Sunday 31st July.
