We review local developments and associated planning proposals to help residents understand what is being considered, how it may affect the town, and how they can take part in the process. This may involve assessing how proposals align with the Council’s Local Plan and the published guidance for developments.
We are not anti‑development — we are pro‑Weybridge. Our aim is to help ensure that new proposals lead to positive outcomes for the people who live and work here.
We monitor proposals across the Town Centre, Oatlands, St. Georges and Brooklands areas of Weybridge.
