Weybridge Hall clock works again
After persistent lobbying of Elmbridge Council by Weybridge Society the clock on Weybridge Hall is now working again.
One face of the clock had stopped working some time ago and Society members had offered to fix it for free earlier this year. However the council would not allow this for health and safety reasons. It is now working again after the council arranged for the repairs to be done.
The clock is relatively new having only been installed in 2002 to commemorate the golden jubilee of Elmbridge Council.
