Seven Hills Road Closure 29th March
Seven Hills Road will be closed for gas pipe replacement on Monday 29th March and reopened on Monday 12th April
Weybridge Society were instrumental in persuading Surrey County Council (SCC) and Southern Gas to reduce the amount of time taken to replace the gas mains down from six months and that the work be rescheduled to take place during school holidays where possible.
The time reduction became possible by doubling manpower.
The first part of the Seven Hills road closure will be for two weeks from the 29th March.We expect there will be severe traffic congestion throughout the area over this period.
