Electoral review of Elmbridge: Draft recommendations

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has published draft recommendations on the future electoral arrangements for Elmbridge Borough Council.  There is now a public consultation on the Commission's draft recommendations on new ward boundaries across Elmbridge. The consultation closes on 24 August 2015.

The purpose of the review is to reduce the number of councillors in Elmbridge from 60 to 48.
It is proposed that in future there will be 3 new wards covering Weybridge, each with new names and boundaries.
The consultation allows people to see the wards on a map in detail and make comments and even suggest their own boundary changes.
The proposed wards are;
- Weybridge Riverside
- Weybridge St George's Hill
- Oatlands Park and Burwood Park
