-------------------------------------

Before the AGM, between 7.30pm amd 8pm, there will be a Public Meeting to discuss the planning application to build 4 houses on the former playing fields of Wallop School in Churchfields Avenue and make the rest of the land available for public use.

At the meeting opinions will be sought on :-

1.  Is the loss of 30% of this land in the centre of Weybridge for development reasonable in exchange for 70% of it being made available for public use ?

 2.  What would be the best public use of this land?  The following uses have been suggested, informal wild flower garden,  sports field, allotments, dog walking area, parking etc. etc.?

Weybridge Councillors will be invited to this meeting and views will be reported to Elmbridge Council.
